We provide access to business-facing Services that may include documentation, structured datasets, dashboards, or API endpoints for evaluation or informational purposes.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for internal business evaluation or engagement purposes. No rights to reproduce, commercialize, redistribute, or otherwise use data for AI training, fine-tuning, personalization, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines are granted except through a separately executed agreement.

Permission delivers datasets built on transparent, permissioned frameworks. All data available for licensing or purchase is collected with auditable user consent and appropriate usage rights. We prioritize ethical data sourcing, privacy compliance, and provenance tracking to support enterprise-grade AI and personalization use cases.
While exploratory or evaluative use of the Site is governed by these Terms, any access to or licensing of structured datasets is subject to additional agreements that specify permitted use, usage rights, and compliance terms.
The Services and all associated content - including code, data schemas, trademarks, branding, and documentation - are owned by or licensed to Permission and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms or in a separate written agreement.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or consumer behavioral profiles on this site.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permission disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
