As part of our services, we offer financial incentives—most notably in the form of ASK tokens—in exchange for participation in certain activities involving the collection and use of personal information.

When you engage with our platform in a way that allows us to directly identify you and understand your preferences, you may receive digital rewards such as ASK tokens. These incentives may be offered when you:

Each offer discloses the reward value in ASK tokens, which can also be reviewed in your wallet transaction history. Participation is always optional, and terms are disclosed at the point of interaction.

How We Determine the Value of the Incentive

The number of ASK tokens provided for an activity is determined by various factors, including:

• Token velocity and market conditions
  
• Internal operational and campaign considerations
  

These variables are subject to change at Permission’s discretion. Rewards are designed to reflect the estimated value of the data you share, balanced against campaign utility and overall platform benefit.

How We Value Personal Information

The value of personal information provided through Permission's platform is determined based on a dynamic and market-driven valuation model. This valuation considers various factors, including but not limited to:

1. Advertiser Demand: The amount advertisers are willing to pay to reach individuals with specific demographic or behavioral profiles. This can fluctuate based on market conditions, campaign goals, and competition for user attention.
2. Depth of User Engagement: More detailed profiles and higher engagement with Permission’s ecosystem—such as completing surveys, watching ads, or sharing data across multiple channels—enhance the value of personal information, allowing users to unlock more rewards.
3. Network Effect: As users interact with multiple advertisers and participate in more campaigns, the value of their data may increase, reflecting the breadth and relevance of insights generated.
4. ASK Token Market Conditions: The market value of the ASK token, which is used as a reward mechanism, is influenced by market dynamics and platform growth. Therefore, the effective value of rewards linked to personal information may vary accordingly.

We estimate that the value of personal information fluctuates based on these considerations and is continually assessed in relation to current market conditions and advertiser demand. By participating in Permission's ecosystem, users acknowledge that the value of their personal information is dynamically priced and reflective of market-driven factors.

Opting In and Out

You opt into a financial incentive by choosing to engage in a rewarded activity involving personal information. You may opt out at any time by:

• Declining to participate in specific offers
  
• Adjusting your privacy preferences in your account
  
• Contacting us via the information below
  

You may also close your account entirely to withdraw from the rewards program. Declining an incentive will not impact your ability to use our Services, unless a specific feature or offer depends on that participation.
