Permission — Toy Story 5 Family Giveaway (“Promotion”)
Permission.io, Inc. (“Permission” or “Sponsor”), 888 Prospect Street, Suite 200 San Diego, CA, is the sponsor of this giveaway. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, or Fandango in any way.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and agents of Permission and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
Opens: When the giveaway post goes live on Instagram (on or between July 14–17, 2026).
Closes: Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. (Extended from the original July 28, 2026 deadline. All entries submitted prior to this extension remain valid — no need to re-enter.)
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.
To participate, an eligible person must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these terms will be disqualified. Bulk entries and use of third-party entry services are prohibited.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Thursday, July 10, 2026. Each eligible comment tag counts as one entry in the random draw. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion.
If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
One (1) Fandango e-gift card with a retail value of $60 USD, redeemable toward the purchase of movie tickets at participating Fandango locations, including Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5. The gift card has no cash value and is non-transferable. Fandango’s own gift card terms and conditions apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability to redeem the gift card for any reason. No substitution or exchange of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @permission.ai within 48 hours of selection.The winner may also be announced in the creator’s Instagram Stories. Sponsor is not responsible for direct messages that are unread, filtered as message requests, or otherwise not received. The e-gift card will be delivered via email once winner eligibility is confirmed.
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or errors of any kind. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
